You either love it or hate it. My mother makes a great Rhubarb Bread, where she covers it liberally with sugar. Sounds over the top, but the tart of the rhubarb really hits it off with the sugar. Rhubarb is one of the early harvest local crops, and I like to buy a case, chop it, and freeze it. That way I can use it throughout the summer and into the winter.
